Privacy Policy

Moment Marketing Engine ("the Platform", "we", "us") is operated by HumAIn Technologies ("HumAIn"), a United Kingdom business. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the Moment Marketing Engine platform used by our clients.
What we collect
Client account information. When a client uses the Platform we hold the account details they provide — such as name, email address and login credentials — and the content they create, upload or approve through the Platform.
Connected social accounts. When a client connects a social account (for example TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube), the relevant platform provides us with secure access tokens so we can act only as that client has authorised — such as publishing a post the client has approved. We access and use these connections strictly within the permissions granted, and clients can revoke access at any time from the settings of the relevant social platform.
Audience information processed for clients. Some Platform features — for example a client's sign-up or landing pages — collect information such as email addresses from that client's audience. We process this information on the client's behalf and on their instructions; the client is the controller of their audience data and we act as their processor.
Usage and log data. Like most services we keep technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and actions taken) to keep the Platform secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Platform, to publish content a client has approved to that client's own channels, to keep accounts secure, to meet our legal obligations, and to communicate with clients about the service. Our legal bases under UK GDPR are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running a secure and effective service, and consent where we ask for it.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use social account connections for anything beyond the actions a client has authorised. We do not post to anyone's account without an explicit approval step by the account owner.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Platform (such as hosting and storage providers), with the social platforms a client has chosen to connect, and where the law requires it. Providers act under contracts that protect your information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. We protect information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and secure credential storage.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for your data in a portable format. If your information was collected by one of our clients (for example via their sign-up page), we may refer your request to them as controller. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. The Platform uses cookies for sign-in sessions.
